Arvika bibliotek

Arvika is a municipality of 25 000 inhabitants in the western part of Sweden, in the county of Värmland.  Arvika bibliotek (Arvika municipal library) is placed in a residential building. The site is central at the end of a commercial pedestrian street and close to public transport. The spacious premises are welcoming and easy to access.  The library is traditional, conventional and well-functioning.  FOUR stars: Very good
