An architectural interesting building situated rather centrally. Easy accessible for all kinds of customers. A very spacious library but with quite a few comfortable seating and working areas. The interior feels a little bit chilly. A good collection of books, also new books, but quite a few foreign newspapers and magazines and no dvds at all. Free wifi like all the Estonian public libraries have and no fees. THREE stars: Good.
