Biblioteca Provincial de Malaga (The Provincial Library of Malaga) and Biblioteca Publica del Estado (Regional Public Library) is one organization in the same building. This is a library in need of development. This is regarding almost everything: the site, the building, the collection and the services. One positive quality is that there are not fees for customers.
