The Sello Library is situated in a popular shopping mall. This public library is the biggest and most visited in the capital region.  It was opened in 2005 and it has been changed in many ways since then according to customer needs and wishes. The services include everything that can be expected from an advanced public library. Of course including a high quality of media collection, an active service from the staff, a lot of programs and a strong ambition to introduce the latest of technologies.
